Hello friends! It’s the start of a new month and I wanted to get a little round up together for you of all the Saints Days and Feast Days that occur in November so that you can take a look and decide if you want to celebrate anything with your family. I can tell you right now that we will for sure be celebrating St. Cecelia’s feast day (she is my Confirmation Saint!) and we’ll probably have something up here on the blog suggesting how you can celebrate her feast day, too!
November is also the month to pray for our deceased loved ones – especially the holy souls in purgatory. Be on the lookout for some helpful resources on explaining purgatory to your kids and explaining how we can still help our loved ones who have passed on. I’m super excited about this because it’s one of my favorite things about being Catholic!
In the meantime, feel free to throw these feast days on your calendar so you can remember them. Even if it’s a “St. So and So, pray for us” at the end of your evening meal prayer – that’s a start!
